Ghana is Underdeveloped

IMG-20170729-WA0041    Ghana is underdeveloped not because our land is underdeveloped, but our minds are underdeveloped.

Too many “theoretical” tertiary institutions; produce thousands of unproductive graduates every year. Should we blame our teachers or the educational system…?

I once heard of Unemployed Graduates Association of Ghana; that pissed me off even though I wasn’t a graduate yet. Being a student of Islamic University College, Ghana at that time, I already thought of such an association as NONSENSE; do we study in school to get a scholarship or a job…? Or to be relevant in society…?

Most graduates; instead of being irrelevant to themselves, they have become not just irrelevant to themselves, but to their families and society at large. Too sad!

As a student of Al-Qur’an; I am gifted with knowledge & wisdom to handle career guidance & counselling. Investment, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Business development & Management…? A student of Al-Qur’an lacks no knowledge; maybe he / she may forget one or two things, but they can always research.

Seek knowledge from cradle to grave

Wisdom belongs to the believers; go seek wisdom even from unbelievers

–Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him)

Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created-

Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood:

Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,-

He Who taught (the use of) the pen,-

Taught man that which he knew not.

Al-Qur’an 96:1-5

Ignorance is a difference

Allah is with us. ALHAMDULILLAH
